iContract is a paperless contract/POS module of iSolutions. It handles paperless contract management and POS item sales. It relies of digital signature and driver license scanning solutions.
Features provided by the module:
- Ability to sell new contracts/subscriptions and adjust existing ones (information is sent immediately to a billing system and can be billed next day)
- Ability to accept signatures for new contracts, account changes and legal waivers though a digital signature device
- Ability to process new credit cards (through card reader) as well as use existing (on account) credit cards for retail (POS) payments (the system can function as a virtual retail terminal)
- Ability to interface with an existing 3rd party Front-End system (such as POS or club management solution)
